Crowdmark is an online assessment tool that helps educators assess student work more effectively. This tool allows you to mark two to three times faster compared to marking paper exams while at the same time leaving richer feedback for students. It supports LaTeX and markdown formatting, multiple choice questions (marked automatically) and longer questions for which student can submit scanned handwritten answers. In this demo, I will show all the basic things you need to get stated using Crowdmark. I will explain how to set the assessments and create questions, how to help students with the submission process, and how to mark very efficiently using the various features Crowdmark has to offer. Participants will also have the opportunity to try Crowdmark out for themselves during this session.
